Processing Time
In general, orders are processed in 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays (wigth exceptions). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take longer, but we’ll keep you updated if there are any delays.
Order processing timelines do not apply to PRE-ORDERS
Shipping Rates
For orders in the contiguous US/APO/FPO:
BREO BOX purchases:
- Seasonal & Annual Plan = FREE Shipping
- 4-Season Gift = FREE Shipping
- One-Time Gift Box = $9.99 s/h
Lifestyle Shop Orders:
- Orders $49 and under = $6 s/h
- Orders over $49 = FREE Shipping
For orders to Shipping to HI, AK, other non-continental US territories not mentioned above:
BREO BOX Purchases:
- All Box Purchases = $30 s/h
Lifestyle Shop Orders:
Orders $49 and under = $25 s/h
Orders over $49 = FREE Shipping
International
At the current time, we are only taking orders in the USA
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped AND scanned in to carrier system, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Because there can be a delay in the carrier tracking system, you'll often receive tracking once the order is already in transit.
You can track your order via the link provided in the email. If you experience any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact our Customer Care Team.
Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If you realize you made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to make adjustments.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other reasons, you may be responsible for the additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Subscription Renewals:
Address changes MUST be made prior to renewal order processing.
Address changes made AFTER renewal order processed will apply to next order and not the current open order. We are not responsible for orders sent to the incorrect address due to changing after a renewal order has processed
Only Customer Care can change the address on an existing order.
If you need to change your shipping address AFTER your order has been placed, please contact Customer Care via methods below.
Lost, Stolen, & Damaged Orders
We are committed to doing our best to ensure your order arrives to you as expected. Once the package is given to the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, etc), we no longer have control and have to trust that they will deliver your package successfully.
For order without Shipping Protection purchased, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages with a successful delivery confirmation.
For orders that are damaged in transit, if any products are damaged, defective, or missing, please contact Customer Care.
