Refund policy
BREO BOX does not accept returns, all sales are final. This includes Subscriptions, Gift Subscriptions, and Shop items. You may cancel your subscription at anytime, but once your account has been charged (either on your first charge or renewal charge), you will receive that season's box. If you do not want to receive this season's box, you MUST cancel before the renewal date listed in the FAQ.
If an items is defective, damaged, lost, missing, or incorrect, you must communicate this within 14 days of delivery. Contact Customer Support via email at support@breobox.com or via the Contact Us page, to get assistance with these matters
